Pamukkale Grill & Restaurant
Turkish delicacies right in the heart of Hamburg
The name of our restaurant is the small town Pamukkale in western Turkey. This fairytale-like place, known as “cotton fortress” or “cotton bastion”, captivates with its calcareous thermal springs, sintered terraces created over millennia and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1988.
And we, the restaurant Pamukkale, try to live up to this name with our authentic Turkish cuisine and meat as soft as cotton wool – and right in the heart of the Schanzenviertel, Hamburg’s trendy district par excellence.
Since 1988 we offer our guests culinary delights in great variety. The best meat quality and daily freshly delivered ingredients in the hands of excellently trained chefs guarantee a special kind of taste experience. Quality is our highest premise.
Just as impressive and unique is the grill concept of Pamukkale: Delicate, juicy meat is gently grilled on glowing charcoal in front of the guests. Thereby it retains its typical barbecue aroma and brings the authentic Turkish cuisine, without loss of taste, on the plate.
Join us every day for a trip to Turkey with our dishes, such as Adana Kebab, Ali Nazik or İskender Kebab, all of which are carefully prepared with market-fresh ingredients and herbs, and experience for yourself what it means To be a table with friends.
